Is there an educator in the house?
What’s going on with the book? Nothing much. Or rather, nothing much from my perspective. I assume the publisher is working hard, but there’s nothing for me to do but wait for publication later this year.
So if I’m stuck waiting, I want to at least do something else to help out.
You’ve seen the last post about my latest reviews. Those are the names that people might recognize, where the person might be more eye-catching than their actual job. But that’s only a small piece of the marketing pie. And since the League of Scientists might be fun for educators as well as the readers themselves, I’d like to reach out to the educational community.
So: Next up for the League of Scientists is to get the word out to educators – teachers, librarians, children’s book reviewers. Ideally, these would be people with an influential position in science education or book publishing.
Do you know any of these people? Are you one yourself? If yes, please contact me and let me know. I’d like to get the book out to others so I can get reviews from the educational community.
